Overall Project Objective:

To develop a training requirements survey to address how JSF training should be accomplished.

Specific Workshop Objectives:

1. Identify phases of flight where present training is accomplished with 2-seat aircraft

2. Develop a survey instrument so that such training requirements can be rated in terms of best approach to training for JSF

3. Validate survey rating scale

4. Identify other possible training strategies
