EXPERIENCE:
Principal Specialist, McDonnell Douglas Astronautics Company (now McDonnell Douglas Training Systems Company), San Antonio, Texas (1985 - January, 1998) - Mr. Knight served as an intermediate scientist (Lead Engineer/Human Factors) with the Training Decision System (TDS) and Training Decisions Technology Analysis research programs, under Air Force contracts with the Air Force Human Resources Laboratory, to develop and validate decision support systems to assist managers in determining the what, when, and where of training. He also serves as a consultant for other contracts (such as the Douglas Aircraft's contract for the Advanced On-the-job Training System) and in-house behavioral science programs (including Training Requirements analyses and R&D of TDS applications for the new weapon systems acquisition process).
Occupational Analyst and Team Chief, USAF Occupational Measurement Center, Randolph AFB, Texas (1981 -1985) - Occupational analyst and team chief of six other analysts who performed analysis of occupational data collected on over 20 specialties. Formulated research data packages and presented these packages to utilization and training workshops. Served as a task force member of the "Rivet Workforce" Steering committee.
Assistant Deputy Commander for Maintenance and Maintenance Control Officer, 601 Tactical Air Support, Sembach AFB, West Germany (1978 - 1981) - - Directly supervised and responsible for the daily aircraft maintenance of over 60 aircraft utilizing over 650 personnel.

Actively managed the day-to-day activities of the department. Supervised the four editorial secretaries who performed all word processing for the 60 person faculty.
